Celebrate Dog Mom's Day at the Wilburton Inn in Vermont.

Why should moms of two-legged children have all the fun? This Mother’s Day weekend, you and your fur baby are invited to a doggie slumber party in Vermont.

The Wilburton Inn’s two-night Mother’s Day weekend package includes lodging during the weekend of May 12-14 with no extra fees for pets, plus:

  • a free dog massage workshop;
  • a group dog stroll through historic Manchester Village on Saturday;
  • an al fresco Mother’s Day Brunch with your pup including complimentary “mom-osas”; and
  • complimentary Wagatha’s organic dog treats.

Add a mommy/doggie massage to your weekend, too, if you’d like.

Why is the Wilburton Inn celebrating dog moms? This historic, 30-acre mansion estate in Manchester, Vermont, has been pet-friendly since the Levis family bought the property 29 years ago. Four times a year, they roll out the red carpet for canine slumber parties, and last fall, more than 100 dogs attended their “Howl-oween” weekend.

Innkeeper Melissa Levis says, “I think of my dog, Jetson, as a second child. Many of my friends who don’t have children consider their dogs their children, too. I wanted to honor this ‘puppy love’ on Mother’s Day.”

Special rates for this Mother’s Day getaway start at $175 per night for two including a full country breakfast. Guests who stay two nights also enjoy a complimentary Mother’s Day brunch. For reservations and more information, call 802.362.2500 or visit Wilburton.com.
