3/4 oz. brandy
1/2 oz. pear brandy
4 to 5 oz. apple cider
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the brandy, pear brandy and New England apple cider. Add two dashes of ground cinnamon. Add one dash of ground nutmeg.
- Pour with ice into a rocks glass (as shown in photo), or strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh-cut apple slice.
